The USC Valley Surface Project involves abatement and demolition of the Valley Warehouse Building (VWB) and the Edmondson Research Building. Miller Environmental, Inc. has completed demolition on the Edmondson building and is actively demolishing Phase 1 of the VWB building structure.

The buildings on this site are approximately 275,000 sq ft, and we will recycle 31,000 tons of concrete for reuse on site.

USC plans to build 1,500 total parking spaces where those buildings were to improve the Valley Parking Lot accessibility that serves the USC Health Campus in East Los Angeles.
