Miller worked at Lake Isabella in Kern County demolishing a 10ft. thick spillway. This $600 Million safety modification was needed to raise the spillway and auxiliary dam 16ft. to minimize overtopping and add filters for stability to prevent a failure. MEI provided all demolition and remediation to the venture consisting of Flatiron, Dragados & Sukut.
